A side effect of the stress and constant worry - that seems to be Chhaya’s constant companions - has resulted in binge eating and body weight issues. It was only when Chhaya spoke to her mother and friend, she realised she was developing a mild eating disorder that could be very harmful to her body unless she takes care of it pronto. The first thing was recognising it and then finding better ways to deal with it, including confiding in and talking to her friends and family.
